Currently we are seeking applicants WITH PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE for Installation, Window Tint and Sales professionals.
We understand that sometimes its tough to get experience at a professional shop when most quality shops require their applicants have PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE. Because of this we do offer internship programs for up to 1 year allowing applicants to learn the required skills to advance themselves in the Mobile Electronics field(s) as well as the automotive industry. If you don’t feel your experience meets our minimum requirements but are still interested please fill out an application and speak with the store manager at the location you are applying about the possibility of an internship / training program.
WINDOW TINT-
Our window tinters must adhere to the highest standards in the Window Tinting Industry. We randomly screen our employees for drug abuse and background checks. This ensures all our staff members are cut from the highest caliber of cloth and ensures our customers can expect nothing but the best. Unlike most shops who use contractors for their Window Tinting Services, our tinters are no different than any other Alarms, ETC staff member. Window tinters are expected to have a MINIMUM of 1 year PROFESSIONAL experience and will be required to demonstrate their ability to tint a vehicle at time of initial interview.
Believe me when it comes to people applying for this position there is no shortage of people who ‘tint windows’. We are NOT looking for that. We are looking for someone who can walk up to any vehicle and proficiently tint it on demand in a timely manner (our benchmark for time is 2-3 hours avg per vehicle from time of sale to redeliver back to the customer). Our window tinters are expected to be cross trained in all other areas of our business, as when there is down time rather than sending someone home, we prefer to allow our staff members to FLOAT and help one another out as needed.

SALES POSITION-
It’s rare that we offer a STRICTLY sales positions, however with the right applicant we will make an exception. Our sales positions include light installation and administrative duties. Sales positions are typically performance based positions where your pay is directly tied to your performance. Higher producing sales staff often times have higher paychecks due to the incentive based pay system.
Our sales positions are often times open to individuals with NO PROFESSIONAL experience in our industry, HOWEVER, in lieu of professional experience in our industry we require our sales staff to have a minimum of 1-2 years job experience in customer service or related fields.

Installation-
Our Installation professionals are much more than ‘car audio installers’ and there is certainly more to it than ‘hooking up music’. In order to be considered for our installation positions we require a minimum of 1 year professional experience, but will accept 5 years + amateur experience w/ MECP certifications and a work portfolio illustrating your abilities and your previous experience.
Installation technicians are REQUIRED to be MECP and ASE certified. If you don’t currently hold these certifications, please still turn in an application and if you meet all the other requirements we will assist you in attaining these certificates as soon as possible.
All installers should have their own tools and should demonstrate a strong mechanical ability and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electronics. Some of the tools an installer should be proficient in use include an OSCILLOSCOPE, DIGITAL MULTI-METER (we do not allow the use of tests lights for safety reasons), DRILLS, SOLDERING IRON, CRIMPERS and other similar tools.
Our installers are required to be cross trained and versatile individuals. At times you may be asked to assist performing window tint installations and as part of our installation positions you will be REQUIRED to interact with customers in an appropriate/professional manner at all times.
MUST BE DRUG FREE, POSSESS A VALID LICENSE AND BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK.
